Policy

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect. 

Refunds: A full refund is allowed within three hours of purchase.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Handmade items may vary a bit because every piece is unique.

Vintage items will be sold as the same conditions as shown in the pictures.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to Canada, United States, Australia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, Philipines, Vietnam and EU (United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Ireland, France, Belgium, Greece, Portugal, Italy, Sweden, Norway, Spain, Finland, Austria).

New delivery location includes: India, Ecuador, Peru, Jamaica, Mauritius, EL Salvador, Israel, Mexico, Uruguay, Mexico, South Africa, Kuwait, Egypt, Brazil, Pakistan, Colombia, and Chile.

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. 

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. For HopeGardenCrafts, flat rate is set for each country and each order will be sent with tracking number (for most countries like United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and European countries). For some countries, if you choose shipping without tracking service, we would not provide a refund if the package is lost during transit. We will provide all the proof and receipts to show we have mailed your items. Therefore, we highly recommend you to choose shipping with tracking service.

HopeGardenCrafts will send you the shipping overages if there is any.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

6. Damaged Items in Transport 

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately.
